Beverly A Evans

Beverly A. Evans (nee Oranski), 78 of Elyria passed away at her home with her loved ones by her on Monday, July 13, 2026. She was strong in her Catholic faith serving the Lord at St. Jude Catholic Church in Elyria. Beverly loved gardening, making her back yard a beautiful oasis of flowers. She also was an avid Cleveland sports fan and enjoyed antiquing. Her love for animals was second to none, but her love for her family was paramount to her, and she will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Beverly is survived by her loving life partner, Mary Williams; son, Charles A. Evans (Terri); grandchildren, Charles Evans, Jr. (Sarah), Corey Evans (Anna), Carli Kreger (Joe), and Cara Evans (Adam); great grandchildren, Maeve, Millie, and Arlen; siblings, Mary Foster of Wellington, Sissy Crawford, Lee Ann Hipps and William Truman, all of South Carolina; along with her lifelong friends, Char Salmons and Becky Evans.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Irene Truman; step-father, William Truman; father, James Oranski; and sister, Patricia Gavin.

In abiding with Beverly’s wishes, no services are scheduled.
