Joyce A Paonessa

Joyce A. Paonessa, 82, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at The Woods on French Creek.  She was born January 17, 1941 in Warren, Ohio to Jack and May Hatunen (nee Long).

Joyce enjoyed reading and watching and cheering on The Cleveland Indians (The Cleveland Guardians). She loved listening to sports radio and traveling to different states, visiting tourist sites with her husband.

Joyce is survived by her son, Gregory P. Paonessa, Jr., a daughter, Judith Spaller (Richard); grandchildren Jack (Cathy) Grasso, Luke Grasso, Mark Grasso, Haley Paonessa, Margo and Maris Spaller; and a great-grandson, Brady.

Joyce was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gregory P. Paonessa Sr., and her parents.

Joyce will be missed by all her knew and loved her.

Family and friends will be welcomed for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Reichlin Roberts Bollinger Funeral Home,  327 Cleveland Street, Elyria, Ohio 44035.
