Linda Dillon

Linda Dillon (nee Chase) 66, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025. Although at her passing she was living in Wellington, she spent most of her life in Elyria. She was very outgoing and enjoyed traveling. Linda was the best mom and an even more amazing Nana. If there’s one thing on this earth she loved more than her husband and her kids, it was her grandbabies. They were her life and she would do anything for them. Her smile lit up a room; her laugh you could hear from anywhere, and her love was shown to everyone in her life. Linda also had a feisty side and she didn’t let anyone mess with the people she loved. If you did, you had better watch out! She is going to be greatly missed.

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Jack; adoring children, Laura Mutnansky, Amanda Bohannon (Daniel), and T. J. Dillon “Golden Child” (Jessica); grandchildren, Alysa, Bryanna, Eryn, Rylie, Kaylie, Jackson, Gabby, Thomas, and Payton; great granddaughter Payslee; and sister, Deborah Chase. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marian Chase; son, Robert Dillon; and great grandson, Jah’Meir Williams.

The family will receive friends at the Reichlin Roberts Bollinger Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland St., Elyria, Ohio 44035 on Wednesday, August 27 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 28 at 11:00 am at Brookdale Cemetery.
