Ronald R. Trimmel

Ronald R. Trimmel, 65 of Elyria passed away suddenly on January 29, 2024. He was a graduate of Elyria High School. Ron was active in Christ Church in Elyria and was a volunteer with the church food bank. He was an avid Cleveland Sports fan and enjoyed fishing. His greatest loves were spending time with his family and friends and the family vacations to Sunset Beach, NC.

Ron is survived by his stepchildren, Alvina Burdette and Jeffery Burdette (Stephanie); their children, Alannah Dysart, Kylo-Ray Burdette, Isaac Burdette, and Isabelle Burdette; siblings, Kathleen Zaleski (Robert, deceased), David Trimmel (Heidi), and Brenda Yarsa (Robert); nephews, Jeffrey Yarsa (Amanda) and Philip Yarsa (Kristin); niece, Alyssa Jones (Tim); and great nephews, Landon Jones, Bentley Jones and Jace Yarsa; and one great niece, Ava Yarsa.

Ron was preceded in death by his wife, Jennifer, and his parents, Raymond and Margaret Trimmel.

Private family services will be held.
