Ruth Dillon

Ruth E. Dillon, 99, of LaGrange, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 25, 2025.

Ruth was born on January 22, 1926, in Trinway, Ohio, to Norman and Carrie (Shoemaker) Weyrick. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who devoted her life to her family.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Robert O. Dillon, her grandson Robert A. Dillon, and her great-great-grandson Jah'meir Williams.

She is survived by her son, Jack (Linda) Dillon; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Ruth’s family meant the world to her, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Ruth lived a full life and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will always be remembered.

The family will receive friends at Reichlin Roberts Bollinger Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland St., Elyria, on Tuesday, April 29 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. Funeral Services will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, at 10:00 am, with burial to follow at Brookdale Cemetery. www.reichlinrobertsbollinger.com
